Morphological and typological classification green street forms: Mladen Stojanovic Street, Banja Luka

Based on the analysis, done by the functional areas of street space, with simultaneously listening to the pulse of the Banja Luka city, author created the concept and guidelines for the improvement, activation and further development of the survey polygon. The concept and guidelines grew out from the idea to link the meeting places in the city center with the newly obtained locations of meetings at the selected polygon.
Green structure, as a design element of the urban landscape, represents mark of the town and gives a town special character. It often has a decisive influence in defining the distinctiveness and identity of the city. This research project is to explain the phenomenon of green structure through morphological-typological analysis of green street forms.
Ruled by guidelines for planning and designing urban green streets author verifies the theoretical foundations for this particular test site that is in Street Mladen Stojanovic in Banja Luka, and represents the "backbone" of urban green in the city.
